<p>An axes core manufacturing method for elastic hinge of spectacle frame includes cutting out an axes core body (1) with a basic axes core shape from a metal plate by a laser cutting method, processing out a hinge hole (2) on the axes core body (1) , putting a locating gasket (4) and a spring (5) onto the tail part (3) of the axes core body (1), forming a stopper on the tail end (6) of the axes core body(1) by a punching method for preventing the spring (5) from separating, forming a finished axes core. Said method provides better cutting quality, fast cutting speed, saves energy and protects environment.</p> |
