A tea bag packing machine is provided to improve productivity and reduce package cost by consecutively performing inner package, handle attach, outer package in tea bag package. A tea bag packing machine comprises a main body(1), a tea inlet port(2), a fixed quantity check part(3), a sterilization part, a supply roll, a supersonic adhesion part, an outer packaging part, a conveyor(10) and a cutter. The tea inlet port is installed at the upper end of the main body. The tea flowed through the tea inlet port is checked to flow at predetermined amount. The sterilization part sterilizes the tea flowed through the fixed quantity check part with the ultraviolet ray. The supply roll supplies a wrapping paper. The supersonic adhesion part sticks handle with the ultrasonic wave when the tea bag paper is supplied with the tea of the fixed quantity. The outer packaging part wraps the wrapping paper in the tea bag paper adhering with the supersonic adhesion part. The conveyor transfers the tea bag paper wrapped with the wrapping paper. The cutter cuts the tea bag transferred through the conveyor in the specified position.
