<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller shaft capable of preventing vibration and noise and preventing an occupant from feeling uncomfortable in starting after braking a vehicle without increasing the number of components with an inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: A small diameter shaft part 34 of a second shaft member 30 is inserted in a through-hole 29a of a first shaft member 29, and a spline internal tooth 33 and a spline external tooth 35 are splined. Thereby, the first shaft member 29 and second shaft member 30 are fixed in a rotation direction, and a hollow elastic member 36 provided so as to surround the small diameter shaft part 34 of the second shaft member 30 of the propeller shaft 28, which is movably connected in an axial direction, is interposed between the first shaft member 29 and second shaft member 30, and a tapered part 36a abutting on an axial end surface 29b of the first shaft member 29 is formed on an inner circumference part of the elastic member 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
