METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING RELATIVE POSITION OF OBJECT TO BE INSPECTED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative position inspecting method capable of instantly inspecting a relative position of an object to be inspected in a long inspection object body in which objects to be inspected are arranged in a longitudinal direction in a tolerance at an optional interval.

SOLUTION: The relative position inspecting method inspects relative positions of a plurality of objects which are to be inspected and arranged on a long inspection object body. One of the objects to be inspected is pivoted and fixed on a base table to be a reference pivot means. Each of the objects adjacent to the reference pivot means is relatively movably mounted on the base table to be a movable pivot means. The objects to be inspected adjacent to the movable pivot means are pivoted and are relatively movably, and sequentially laminated on the movable pivot means to form movable pivot means. One contact needle attached to each of the movable pivot means is brought into contact with any one of electrodes attached to the base table and each of the movable pivot means so that energization is established so as to output an NG signal.
