<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector installing structure of an engine suitable for improving installation workability. <P>SOLUTION: This injector installing structure of the engine is fixed by fitting and inserting a distal end 16 of respective injectors 3 of an injector assembly 1 composed of a fuel supply pipe 2 supplying pressurized fuel and a plurality of injectors 3 for connecting and fixing a base part 12 to this fuel supply pipe 2. via an O ring 24 to and into respective installation holes 14 composed of a tapered part 30 of an engine body 5 and a small diameter part 32 continuing with the tapered part 30. When fitted to and inserted into the installation holes 14 of the engine body 5 of the distal end 16 of the injectors 3, a contact starting position between the tapered part 30 of the installation holes 14 of the engine body 5 and the O ring 24 arranged in the distal end 16 of the injector 3, is made different between the mutual adjacent installation holes 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
