<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a loss factor due to a high frequency module using a microstrip transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: One surface of a dielectric substrate 11 is provided with a ground electrode 12 on the entire surface, and the other surface is provided with pattern electrodes 13A, 15 and 13B made of a plate-like conductive film. A plate surface of the pattern electrode 13A is set so as to face the dielectric substrate 11, and a side surface is set in the pattern electrode 13B so as to face the dielectric substrate 11. The connection part electrode 15 is an electrode for connecting the pattern electrode 13A and the pattern electrode 13B and is in a twisted shape so as to make the plate surface facing the dielectric substrate 11 be perpendicular to the dielectric substrate 11. Thus, a microstrip transmission line 130A having the pattern electrode 13A and a microstrip transmission line 130B having the pattern electrode 13B have different characteristic impedances without changing a pure resistance component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
