<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure enough number of identical sound generations and natural sound transitions even in the case of attenuating one of two sounding sources for generating stereo sound, when securing the sounding source so as to be corresponding to new key-on. <P>SOLUTION: When a sounding source 40a, assigned to a right-channel side out of two sounding sources generating stereophonic sound of the sources 40a, is attenuated so as to correspond to new key-on, the sounding source 40a in a left-channel side continues to output a musical sound waveform A after the change; and in the musical sound waveform A after the change, a left-channel component L and a right-channel component R are mixed, and sound including the left channel component L and the right-channel component R is generated, even though the number of the sounding sources 40a assigned for generating musical sound is reduced from two to one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
