<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron beam rotary irradiation apparatus capable of attaining miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The neutron beam rotary irradiation apparatus 1 includes: a neutron generating part 2 having a target 7 for generating neutrons by irradiation with an ion beam; a moderator 9 for moderating the neutrons; a collimator 3 arranged on the emission side of the neutron generating part 2; two deflection electromagnets 4, 5 for deflecting the ion beam; and a beam duct 6 for transporting the ion beam. A communication port 10a for communication between a target storage part 10 and the beam duct 6C is arranged at a position lower than the top part 10b of the target storage part 10.
