摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive paste of a composition suited as a lead-free conductive paste for forming an excellent solar cell electrode on an n-type silicon layer to obtain favorable solar cell characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste for forming the electrode on the n-type silicon layer of the crystal system silicon solar cell contains silver-containing conductive particles, glass frit, an organic binder and solvent. The glass frit and/or further an additive contained in the conductive paste contain(s) at least one additive element of 2-group selected from a group of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba and the content of lead in the conductive paste is not more than 0.1 wt%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
