摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element capable of restraining a sensitivity change at low temperatures, to secure stable sensitivity under a low temperature environment, and not requiring a complicated circuit or algorithm. <P>SOLUTION: This piezoelectric element uses a mixture added with ethylene propylene rubber (glass transition point is -52°C) as an organic polymer having the glass transition point lower than that of a thermoplastic elastomer, into a chlorinated polyethylene (glass transition point is -20 to -30°C) of the thermoplastic elastomer as a flexible organic polymer, the mixture is added further with (Bi<SB>1/2</SB>Na<SB>1/2</SB>)0.85Ba0.15TiO<SB>3</SB>of a solid solution bismuth titanate-sodium-barium titanate, followed to be kneaded, and a sheet-like piezoelectric element is manufactured to obtain the piezoelectric element capable of reducing a generated voltage change at the low temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
