PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection precision by making radiation directions and radiation levels of radio wave uniform when a plurality of passive elements are disposed obliquely to an excitation direction of a radio wave applied to a feed element. SOLUTION: A high-frequency sensor device includes a substrate, an oscillator which generates a high-frequency signal, an antenna receiving the radiated high-frequency signal as a received wave, and a detector detecting the received wave. The antenna includes a ground electrode, the feed element, the plurality of passive elements, and a switch making a choice of whether the passive elements and ground electrode are electrically connected or disconnected; and the passive elements are disposed at positions obliquely to the excitation direction of the active element and symmetrical to the active element, and the size of a passive element close to a feed point in a direction orthogonal to the excitation direction of the feed element is smaller than the size of a passive element farther from the feed point in the direction orthogonal to the excitation direction of the active element.
