PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and compact reactor having improved heat dissipation and assembly workability. SOLUTION: The reactor 1 includes: a core 2 that has opposing coil winding sections and is formed in a closed loop; a coil 3 wound around the coil winding sections; and a stand plate 4 where the core 2 wound by the coil 3 is placed. In the reactor 1, a gap 5 is set between the coils 3, 3 that are wound around the coil winding sections and oppose each other, and a plurality of heat absorption members 6 where a surface opposing the coils is formed on a nonlinear surface are arranged in the gap 5. By the heat absorption member 6, heat generated between the coils 3, 3 having a large heating value can be absorbed efficiently, thus obtaining improved heat dissipation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
