PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for electric equipment, which improves operability of detachment of the electric equipment. SOLUTION: A terminal connector 1 is provided with a holder 11 supported slidably in a direction crossing the arrangement direction of a rail 3. On the terminal connector 1, an equipment-side lock portion 12 is arranged which locks one lock piece 3a of the rail 3. On the holder 11, a holder-side lock portion 13 is arranged which is locked to the other lock piece 3b of the rail 3 at an equipment attachment position and leaves the lock piece 3b at an equipment detachment position. A restricting means is provided which restricts sliding of the holder 11 when force in an equipment detachment position direction is applied from the lock piece 3b at the equipment attachment position. The holder 11 is provided with an elastic portion 17 locking the holder-side lock portion 13 to the lock piece 3b when the lock piece 3b moves beyond the holder-side lock portion 13 through elastic deformation accompanying the restriction. The restricting means maintains an equipment detachment state by allowing the holder 11 to slide to the equipment detachment position when force having more than a predetermined level is applied.
