PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for very easily washing, amplifying and stopping the label in the porous membrane of immunochromatography by controlling the arriving timing of two liquids to the label using at least two liquids in the porous membrane. SOLUTION: In a sandwich immunochromatograph method constituted so as to detect a substance to be examined by sensitizing a labelling substance using a compound containing silver and a reducing agent for silver ions, either one of a liquid which contains the compound containing silver and a liquid which contains the reducing agent for silver ions is preceedingly developed and both of them are next developed. Subsequently, one of both of the liquid containing the compound which contains silver and the liquid which contains the reducing agent for silver ions is allowed to flow. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
