PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for building a housing facility in a short period of time wherein a studio-type apartment can be newly-constructed/reconstructed easily and quickly without requiring many workers nor labors. SOLUTION: The method is composed of the following processes: a process wherein a unit box 1 having an electric water heater 2 and a power-distribution box 3 are arranged at a predetermined place on a concrete floor, a process wherein a filthy-water tank 9 having a drainage pump is placed at one or a plurality of places where facilities using hot water in a wash-basin, a toilet, or the like are placed, a process wherein each facility is arranged in a predetermined place and maintained at a predetermined height, a process wherein a flexible drainage hose 11 extended from each facility without having the filthy-water tank is connected to the filthy-water tank, a process wherein a flexible hot-water/water-supplying hose extended from the electric water heater 2 is connected to the facilities requiring hot water, a process of flooring, a process wherein an electric code from the facility requiring an electric power is extended to the power-distribution box, and a process wherein a main-water pipe is connected with the electric water heater while an external electric wiring is connected to the power-distribution box.
