PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residence enabling a partition wall to be installed even if floors, ceilings, and the walls other than the partition wall have been constructed and enabling the floors, the ceilings, and the walls other than the partition wall to be recovered to the original states when the partition wall is dismantled. SOLUTION: A frame member 10 is cut to a predetermined length to form a lower frame 20. The lower frame 20 is secured to the upper surface of a surface member 80 for flooring at a position where the partition wall is to be constructed. The frame member 10 is cut to a predetermined length to form an upper frame 30. The upper frame 30 is secured to the lower surface of a surface member 90 for ceiling, parallel to the lower frame 20, at a position where the partition wall is to be constructed. The frame member 10 is cut to a length equal to the distance between the upper surface of the lower frame 20 and the lower surface of the upper frame 30 to form a vertical frame 40. The vertical frame 40 is vertically installed at a predetermined position between the lower frame 20 and the upper frame 30. A surface member 60 for wall is secured to a frame body formed of the lower frame 20, the upper frame 30, and the vertical frame 40 to form the partition wall. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
