PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which can be favorably adhered to a 3-dimensional surface and can maintain sharpness of the surface of the sheet even when adhered to the 3-dimensional surface and further has excellent scratching resistance of the surface of the sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by arranging at least a pattern layer 2 and a biaxially oriented transparent polyester resin sheet 4 on a thermoplastic resin base material 1 in this order, wherein thickness of the thermoplastic resin base material is 80 to 110μm and thickness of the biaxially oriented transparent polyester resin sheet is 75 to 110μm.
