PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformable toy of a new idea which enables the automatic transformation of its form though members are merely linked turnably as in the conventional type. SOLUTION: The transformable toy A, which makes its form changeable to a robot from a box like shape, is split into two vertically and longitudinally in the box-like shape and made up of upper front and rear members B1 and B2 and lower front and rear members B3 and B4. A frame 1 supporting each of the members is arrayed inside and the upper front and rear members B1 and B2 are linked to each frame 1 directly or through a link 4 so as to be rotatable, while the upper front member B1 is foldably linked to the upper rear member B2.
