PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loosening of a clip relative to a body panel, which has been considered as a problem to be solved, while maintaining a characteristic of the clip made of metal wherein great holding force on the body panel can be obtained. SOLUTION: A mounting structure is of the type wherein a predetermined mounting member can be attached to the body panel via the clip 20 made of metal. A pin member 30 is provided as a different part from it. The clip 20 can be restrained from bending inward by inserting a shank 32 of the pin member 30 into the inside of the clip 20 after it is inserted into a mounting hole. In addition, The shank 32 of the pin member 30 is provided with a pair of securing parts 34 which can be anchored in the inner circumference of the mounting hole, thereby configuring the mounting structure so as to position and engage the clip 20 in an inserting direction toward the mounting hole.
