<p>A method for providing media objects associated with a printed document to a user of a mobile device comprising the steps of: providing an electronic file comprising digital representations of the printed document, wherein the printed document comprises a plurality of printed objects; associating a plurality of media objects with the plurality of printed objects; receiving an image of a part of the printed document captured by a camera of the mobile device; identifying the location of the captured part, and based upon that identification, determining which printed objects are comprised in or at the near vicinity of that part; transmitting a returned image which comprises indications to enable the user to identify the printed objects comprised in or at the near vicinity of the captured part; and in response to receiving the user's selection of the identified printed object, communicating the media object associated with the selected printed object.</p> |
