A refrigeration cycle device (100) has an expander-integrated compressor (1) including a first compression mechanism (11) and an expansion mechanism (13) and also has a sub-compressor (2) including a second compression mechanism (21). The first compression mechanism (11) and the second compression mechanism (21) are parallelly connected in a refrigerant circuit (30). Further, the refrigeration cycle device (100) has a bypass path (6) bypassing the expansion mechanism (13). In the bypass path (6) are arranged, in order from the upstream side, a first flow rate control valve (61), a gas-liquid separator (62), and a second flow rate control valve (63). A gas refrigerant separated from a liquid refrigerant by the gas-liquid separator (62) is led to the second compression mechanism (21) by an injection path (7).
