Device for protection of buildings and structures against vibrations contains located on waves distribution tray in ground row of vertical or inclined wells with filler. Vertical or inclined wells are drilled by means of soil man-induced by jetting technology and are filled by aerated water-ground pulp, received during drilling of well, volume weight less than 1.4 g/cm3 and modulus of elasticity, equal to 0.01-0.1 of ground modulus of elasticity.
