A pictorial art publishing, critic, picture reproduction and magazine production-and-sales system with ongoing royalty fee payments to copyright holders. Copyright holders are independent journalists and pictorial art artists whom are brought together in an editorial control system. At first 'logon' to the system, the copyright holders have the possibility to get approved, published, sold reproductions and receive royalty fees.
