<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a suitable voltage in automatic adjustment for determining an optimal voltage to be applied to a solvent removing tube or an ion guide even when a sample with low component concentration other than a standard sample is used. <P>SOLUTION: A mass chromatogram at a specific m/z value to a sample is acquired every time when a voltage applied to an ion guide or the like is changed according to initially set conditions. Based on the mass chromatogram, a graph 61 indicative of a relationship between the voltage value and a peak area value is formed, and an optimization result including the graph is displayed on a display screen. Simultaneously, chromatograms 62 at respective voltages are also displayed. A voltage at which the area value is largest is usually set as the optimal voltage value. However, when an operator determines, based on the result, that the optimal voltage value automatically determined is inadequate due to abnormality of the measurement or the like, the operator changes the optimal voltage value by a click operation. By the click operation on a button 64, the changed voltage value is set as a voltage value to the m/z value in analysis conditions of SIM measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
