HEAT CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION, HEAT CONDUCTIVE SHEET AND HEAT DISSIPATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet excellent in heat conductivity, by reducing thermal resistance due to high heat conductivity and thinness of film, even with a thin film, furthermore having high flame retardancy even in the case of a thin film and also having strength able to handle without forming cracks or craze and to provide a heat conductive composition suitably forming the heat conductive sheet.

SOLUTION: The heat conductive composition contains a carbon fiber of 50-200 pts.mass and a metal hydroxide of 100-350 pts.mass to a composite polymer of 100 pts.mass containing at a rate of a thermoplastic of 5-30 pts.mass, a thermoelastomer of 45-85 pts.mass and a rubber of 5-30 pts.mass, and the heat conductive sheet made by forming a sheet shape with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.30 mm.
