<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new metal recovery plant. <P>SOLUTION: The metal recovery plant is provided with a melting vessel, in which a treating objective material containing tungsten carbide and binder, is treated in the solution containing ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid at the temperature range of 81-100°C, and a first crusher, with which flake containing the tungsten carbide generated with the treatment of the above melting vessel, is crushed. Here, it is desirable that a regenerating vessel for taking in the solution flown out from the melting vessel and for regenerating ferrous chloride contained in the solution into the ferric chloride, is included, and the solution containing the regenerated ferric chloride is returned into the melting vessel. Also, a washing vessel for washing the material having the prescribed particle diameter or smaller in the particle material obtained with the first crusher, and a second crusher for crushing the fine particles obtained with the above washing vessel are preferably included. Furthermore, it is desirable that a condenser for condensing exhaust gas exhausted out from the melting vessel is included and the obtained condensed solution is returned into the melting vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
