<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane type dike capable of holding the tensile force acting on an end part of membrane and preventing water from leaking through the end part of the membrane. <P>SOLUTION: This membrane type dike can close an opening part 12 of a protection against tide prevention breakwater 11 by extending and stretching a membrane structural body 5 formed by the waterproof membrane 1 and a plurality of fiber ropes 2 for reinforcement as required. A fixing mechanism 20 for fixing the end part of the membrane in the membrane structural body is provided in an opening fringe part of the protection against tide prevention breakwater 11 as an extending means for extending and supporting the membrane structural body 5 arcuately under the action of water pressure when closing the opening part by the membrane structural body 5. The fixing mechanism has a pressing body 21 for pressing the end part of the membrane in the membrane structural body against an opening fringe part side of the protection against tide prevention breakwater, an elevating mechanism 23 supported on the opening fringe part side of the protection against tide prevention breakwater through a bracket 22 to elevate and lower the pressing body, and wedges 25a, 25b provided between the pressing body and an L-shaped bracket 24 provided on the opening fringe part side of the protection against tide prevention breakwater to energize the pressing body onto the opening fringe part side of the protection against tide prevention breakwater when the elevating mechanism descends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
