<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar system capable of finishing measurement in a short time, while satisfying performance required for the radar system mounted on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A control processing part starts the measurement by the first measuring system, and measures a relative position and a relative speed with respect to an object, when the object exists within a measuring range. The control processing part determines a remeasuring range, based on the relative position of the object measured by the first measuring system.
