<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily determine passage of freight through a base point. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 200 mounted to freight is provided with: a positioning part 503 for performing simplified positioning to calculate a distance between a base station and the base point on the basis of positional information of the base station and positional information corresponding to base point identification information; and a base point confirmation part 507 for determining whether or not the calculated distance is within a base point range corresponding to base point identification information registered in a base point table 600, and determining, based on the determination result, whether the terminal 200 mounted to freight enters to the base point indicated by the base point identification information corresponding to the base point range or goes out from the base point, when the calculated distance is within the base point range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
