PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device capable of reducing an installation area and improving a cooling capacity, and a heating element storing device using the same. SOLUTION: This heat exchange device includes a body case 6 having a first suction opening 2 and a first discharge opening 3 for a first environment, and a second suction opening 4 and a second discharge opening 5 for a second environment, a first air distribution fan 7 for the first environment and a second air distribution fan 8 for the second environment disposed in the body case 6, respectively, and a heat exchanger 9 for exchanging heat by intersecting air for the first environment and an air flow channel for the second environment in the body case 6, and the body case 6 includes a first air trunk for changing the direction of the air sucked by the first air distribution fan 7 from the first suction opening through the heat exchanger 9 roughly orthogonally to the horizontal direction, and supplying the air from the first discharge opening 3, and a second air trunk for changing the direction of the air sucked by the second air distribution fan 8 from the second suction opening through the heat exchanger 9 to the vertical direction and supplying the air from the second discharge opening 5.
