PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize grounding and liberalize grounding positions in a mobile telephone having a metal casing. SOLUTION: A plurality of conductive rubber members 20a-20e with one end part in contact with a metallic battery cover 1 are provided in a plastic frame portion 2, and the other end part of each of the conductive rubber members 20a-20c is brought into contact with a metal plate 4. Metal spring portions 4R1, 4R2, 4L1, 4L2 provided in the metal plate 4 are brought into contact with grounding points 3L1, 3L2, 3R1, 3R2 formed on a circuit board 3, and the conductive rubber members 20d and 20e are brought into contact with grounding points 3L3 and 3R3 formed on the circuit board 3. Since the conductive rubber members are compressed with appropriate pressure when the battery cover 1 is mounted, grounding is stabilized. By bringing the battery cover 1 and the grounding points into contact with each other via the conductive rubber members and the metal plate 4, the positions of the conductive rubber members and the positions of the metal spring portions can be set separately, resulting in liberalization of grounding positions.
