PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing apparatus, information providing system, vehicle, and information providing method for providing information for a vehicle to avoid a dangerous driving condition when turning right or left at a crossing and safely turn to right or left at the crossing. SOLUTION: The information providing apparatus determines whether the vehicle is to turn right (or left) at the crossing, and, upon determining that the vehicle is to turn right (or left), determines whether the vehicle can arrive at a position to turn right (or left) before the start of red light based on a distance to the position to turn right (or left), vehicle speed, and traffic light information. Timing of determination is before the start of red light and at the start of yellow, or it can be just before or just after the start of yellow light. Upon determining that the vehicle can not arrive at the position to turn right (or left) before the start of red light, the information providing apparatus assumes that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving condition, and outputs audio driving support information so as to avoid the dangerous driving condition.
