PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device with a pressure reducing valve capable of not reducing a pulling-out gas flow rate even if a primary pressure reduces and simply opening a valve at filling-up of the gas while securing residual pressure in a gas container and accurately controlling the reduced gas pressure at designated secondary pressure. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing member 16 is urged by a valve-opening spring 18 toward the valve-opening direction. A pressure-receiving chamber 19 is formed at an opposite side of a pressure-reduction valve seat 15 by sandwiching the pressure reducing member 16, and is communicated with an outlet passage 11 via a pressure-reducing communication passage 20 formed through the pressure reducing member 16. A residual-pressure retention valve box 24 is arranged on the outlet passage 11 while it moves back and forth relative to the pressure reducing member 16. A stoppage operation section 31 is arranged on the outer surface of the residual-pressure retention valve box 24 so as to face the pressure-reducing communication passage 20. The residual-pressure valve box 24 is urged to a gas pulling-out posture Y separated from the pressure reducing member 16 by arranging a return spring 34 between the residual-pressure retention valve box 24 and a housing 2. The pressure-reducing communication passage 20 is blocked by a stoppage operation section 31 when the residual-pressure retention valve box 24 is switched to a gas filling-up posture close to the pressure reducing member 16.
