PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling structure for an internal combustion engine capable of easily setting an oil filling port at a position where maintenance is facilitated by avoiding interference with other components, and facilitating working of an engine case side by constructing an oiling part separately from the engine case. SOLUTION: In the oiling part structure for filling engine oil into the engine case of the internal combustion engine, an oil filter 65 is fitted in a fitting hole 64c passing through a side wall of the engine case 31L to divide an inside of the engine case from an outside, and an oiling tube 66 forming an oiling passage 67 having an oiling port 67c at one end is connected to the fitting hole 64c at another end opening.
