PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fabric keeping a moderate moisture permeability while suppressing air permeability. SOLUTION: Provided is the composite fabric having a nonwoven fabric of nanofibers having a diameter of not more than 1μm, and at least one layer of knitted fabric woven from fibers having a total finenesses of 50 dtex and laminated trough a meshed thermal bonding film, and the fabric has a basis weight of 50-350 g/m<SP>2</SP>, an air permeability of not more than 0.3 cc/cm<SP>2</SP>/sec, a water-vapor permeability of 3,000 cm<SP>3</SP>/24h/m<SP>2</SP>or more, and a heat transfer resistancTe of 0.1 CLO or more.
