PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric having excellent feeling, comfortable wearing feeling, gloss with high-grade feeling and elasticity by solving the problems peculiar to a polyester-based fiber when using a polyester-based conjugate filament yarn. SOLUTION: The woven or knitted fabric is formed of a plied composite yarn comprising the polyester-based conjugate filament yarn obtained by joining two polyester-based polymers having different intrinsic viscosities so as to form a side-by-side type, and a cellulose-based filament yarn having 2-8% official moisture regain.
