PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraoral bubble cleaning liquid capable of actively raising the permeability of a medicine to gum, so as to improve the prevention of a periodontal disease or pyorrhea, etc., and the treatment effect, and to provide an intraoral bubble cleaning method. SOLUTION: In the intraoral cleaning method, a bubble aqueous solution 1a containing bubbles being≥5,000 pieces per 1 ml, which are produced by the air or oxygen, etc., with the diameter of 10 nm to≤300μ, is mixed with the intraoral cleaning liquid 1b containing the medicine for preventing the pyorrhea and gingivitis by≤50% with respect to the volume of the aqueous solution 1a, and then put into the cleaning liquid storage tank 2a of a jet cleaner 2 for performing intraoral cleaning. The gum and interdentium, etc., are cleaned with the intraoral cleaning liquid 1 which is obtained by mixing the bubble aqueous solution 1a to be jetted from the cleaner 2 with the intraoral cleaning liquid 1b.
