PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device being attachable to chair by which the seat surface, which is a sitting section, of a chair can be covered as a cushion or a cover, the total surface replacement for the chair by soil or the like of the seat surface can be avoided, and also which does not need to be removed once it has been attached to the chair, and by which articles to be housed such as baggages can be housed under the chair with ease. SOLUTION: This storage device 6 being attachable to chair is equipped with a covering body 7, a housing tool 9, and a flexible holding member 8 equipped with a fastening section. In this case, the covering body 7 covers the seat surface 3 of the chair 1 and keeps a fastening section 7a installed on the rear surface. The housing tool 9 is housed under the seat surface of the chair 1. The flexible holding member 8 equipped with the fastening section holds the housing tool 9 by freely detachably hanging the housing tool 9 under the seat surface of the chair 1.
