PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limited-time release preparation capable of freely adjusting a time for starting the release of the drug from the preparation and the releasing rate of the drug after starting the release of the drug. SOLUTION: This limited-time release preparation is characterized by covering a central core containing the drug and a water swellable substance with a film containing a water insoluble polymer, a plasticizer and a water insoluble excipient.
