PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compactly composed operating device of an air conditioning device for a vehicle by arraying a plurality of dials for mechanically switching-over the air conditioning device in a reduced space while keeping ease of mechanical operability of the air conditioning device. SOLUTION: The operating device includes a first shaft member jointed to the first operation dial 20 and a second shaft member jointed to the second operation dial 22 coaxially with the first shaft member. A flat first rotating member 36 that is mechanically jointed to a first working member is jointed to the other end of the first shaft member to axially rotate in the different direction from the first and second shaft members. A flat second rotating member 40 that is mechanically jointed to a second working member is jointed to the other end of the second shaft member to axially rotate in the different direction from the first and second shaft members.
