PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a wiring article unit arranged on the lower side of a vehicle body floor by efficiently transmitting a load from a load input side to an opposite side when the load is inputted to the vehicle body floor from a side of the vehicle body. SOLUTION: This floor panel 14 includes a floor upper face layer 100, a floor lower face layer 102, and a floor intermediate layer 104. A recessed part 108 for housing a fuel pipe 110 is formed on the floor lower face layer 102. The recessed part 108 is covered with a metallic protector 118. Carbon fibers 114, 116 constituting the floor lower face layer 102 including the recessed part 108 and the floor upper face layer 100 are arranged along a vehicle body width direction which is a load inputting direction, and are continuous.
