PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a swing in the horizontal and lateral directions in a suspension conveying device having a hanger suspended. SOLUTION: The suspension conveying device is composed of a conveying traveling body movably supported on a traveling guide rail and a hanger suspended by this, and the swing stopping guide rail which is engaged with a roller provided on the hanger and stops the swing in the horizontal and lateral directions of the hanger is installed parallel to the traveling guide rail. The swing stopping guide rail 31 is installed at one side of the right and left to the traveling guide rail, and equipped with a horizontal flat rail surface 31a and a circular arc shaped rail surface 31b protruded and bent vertically opposite to the horizontal flat rail surface 31a. The swing stopping guide rail 31 is provided with a flat peripheral surface roller 53 rolling adjacent to the horizontal flat rail surface 31a and a drum shape peripheral surface roller 54 fitting to the circular arc shaped rail surface 31b as a roller.
