PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of stabilizing a behavior of a vehicle even if a degree of urgency is high. SOLUTION: A yaw rate sensor 3, a lateral acceleration sensor 4, a steering angle sensor 5, a wheel speed sensor 6, a hazard switch sensor 7 and a VSC actuator 9 are connected to an ECU 2 to carry out VSC, and the ECU 2 computes a VSC controlled variable which is a finite difference between a target quantity of state and a real quantity of the state of the vehicle and carries out the VSC by controlling the VSC actuator 9 when this VSC controlled variable exceeds a VSC working threshold. Thereafter, the ECU 2 sets a normal time threshold when it does not receive a hazard on-signal transmitted from the hazard switch sensor 7 and sets a hazard lighting time threshold which is lower than the normal time threshold by determining that a degree of the urgency is high when it receives the hazard on-signal.
