PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of effectively damping the vibration of a vehicle body which may cause chattering or the like. SOLUTION: A two-wheeled motor vehicle 10 is equipped with a damper device 100A which is connected to a vehicle body frame 30, and damps vibration of the vehicle body 11 including the vehicle body frame 30. The damper device 100A includes a piston rod 120 and piston 130 for stroking with respect to input from the outside, an inner tube 140 in which fluid (for example, oil) is filled, and an outer tube 160 being tubular so as to surround the periphery of the inner tube 140.
