摘要 <p>The method involves illuminating a phase object with linearly polarized, polychromatic light, where the object is placed in a measuring cell (E). A measured value of an intensity curve is measured over wavelengths by collecting partial radiations passed through the object. A correction of the curve around scattering and absorption is carried out at the object location. A relative intensity curve is generated through a division of the intensity curve by a reference curve, and a refractive index of the object is calculated from the relative intensity curve over the observed wavelength spectrum. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for measuring a dispersion of a phase object.</p>
