LIQUID QUANTIFYING METHOD OF BIOSAMPLE ANALYZING PLATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid quantifying method of a biosample analyzing plate for electrophoretically separating respective components of a sample liquid without allowing the quantified sample liquid to flow in a detection flow channel before electrophoresis.

SOLUTION: In the liquid quantifying method of the biosample analyzing plate composed of a quantification part for quantifying the sample liquid and the detection flow channel connected to the quantification part to electrically migrate the sample liquid, the viscosity of a buffer solution when the detection flow channel is filled with the buffer solution is set to 190-below 400 cp not only to prevent the sample liquid from flowing in the detection flow channel but also to electrophoretically separate the respective components of the sample liquid.
