<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line head which can rationally perform an image formation while smoothly performing a connection processing in the case where light emission sources are two-dimensionally arranged and connected with driving circuits, and to provide an image formation device. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting element group B is formed by arranging a plurality of light emitting elements in each of the axial direction of a photoconductor (X direction) and the turning direction thereof (Y direction), and light emission sources are arranged in two-dimensional state by arranging a plurality of rows R, S, T of the light emitting element groups in the Y direction. Ca to Cc are driving circuits which drive each light emitting element, Ca is wired to a light emitting element groups in Ga zone, Cb to those in Gb zone, and Cc to those in Gc zone.
