PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software test item editing support device and a software test item editing support method, for reducing man-hours needed when testing a plurality of software without changing the content of the test. SOLUTION: In the software test item editing support device 100, a selected test item is compared with an integrated test item read from an integrated test item storage part 133 to determine whether they have a common input data range or not. The test items having the input data range common in a plurality of software modules are integrated. According to this, a redundant test with redundant test items can be eliminated.
