PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an actual deceleration of a vehicle to a target deceleration when an anti-locking brake control is made during a brake assist control. SOLUTION: This brake hydraulic pressure control means is constituted so that a high-pressure generation means 30 for opening a high-pressure control valve (control valve STR) and generating a brake hydraulic pressure higher than the brake hydraulic pressure according to a brake pedal operation of a driver, when an actual deceleration of a vehicle is lower than a target deceleration by making an anti-locking brake control during a brake assist control, and brake hydraulic pressure adjusting means 40<SB>FR</SB>, 40<SB>FL</SB>, 40<SB>RR</SB>, 40<SB>RL</SB>for adjusting a brake hydraulic pressure to wheel cylinders 50<SB>FR</SB>, 50<SB>FL</SB>, 50<SB>RR</SB>, 50<SB>RL</SB>, are communicated with each other.
