PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an actual deceleration of a vehicle to a target deceleration when an anti-locking brake control is made during a brake assist control. SOLUTION: This brake hydraulic pressure control means is constituted so that a high-pressure generation means 30 for opening a high-pressure control valve (control valve STR) and generating a brake hydraulic pressure higher than the brake hydraulic pressure according to a brake pedal operation of a driver, when an actual deceleration of a vehicle is lower than a target deceleration by making an anti-locking brake control during a brake assist control, and brake hydraulic pressure adjusting means 40FR, 40FL, 40RR, 40RLfor adjusting a brake hydraulic pressure to wheel cylinders 50FR, 50FL, 50RR, 50RL, are communicated with each other.
