PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein recently, since the number of traffic accidents is on the increase, it is required to tackle prevention of accidents and crackdown of traffic violation, naturally causing a cat-and-mouse game between a regulator side and a regulated side and people on the regulator side are exposed to life-threatening danger. SOLUTION: By mounting this device, while physical safety of the regulator side is secured, images are easily taken by a camera anywhere. Since a speed is obviously shown to the surroundings, this leads to control of the speed and enhancement of morals also by a driver who is the regulated side.
